Hi, I'm Dr. Dar,

I’m a leadership studies faculty member at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and an international speaker committed to helping people lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Through my keynotes, workshops, and trainings, I help college-bound students, current students, and campus professionals turn their strengths, values, and leadership experiences into career-defining opportunities. I also guide them in creating inclusive, connected communities where everyone can thrive.
